Tasty Bean Sprouts Chicken Hor Fun

Bean Sprouts Chicken is a dish synonymous with Ipoh in Malaysia and a must try food if you happen to be in this old town. Ipoh Bean Sprouts Chicken is best served with a bowl of Hor Fun in hot, tasty soup.

You can now slurp on this signature dish in Singapore at Ipoh Lou Yau Bean Sprouts Chicken stall in IMM #01-K09.

The steamed chicken served with light soya source and sesame oil is truly terrific. The chicken meat tastes tenderly firm with a slippery smooth texture.

Boiled in hard water, the bean sprouts are drizzled with light soya sauce, oil and white pepper. The short, fat and crunchy ‘taugeh’ are deliciously ‘shiok’ between my teeth.

The Hor Fun comes in a bowl of hot, flavorful soup. The soft and slippery silky Hor Fun yummily glide down my throat with ease.

My Scorecard: 7.5 Stars
